The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a new scheme offering 451 residential plots near the highly anticipated Noida International Airport. This launch comes on the heels of rising demand for residential properties in this area, catering especially to mid-income buyers. Registrations are open until November 30, 2024, with allotments determined through a lucky draw scheduled for December 27, 2024.

The newly announced plots are located in YEIDA Sector 24A along the Yamuna Expressway. Key nearby landmarks include the upcoming airport, Film City in Sector 21, and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway (EPE). This scheme offers plot sizes ranging from 120 to 260 sq m at a starting price of ₹25,900 per sq m, with the smallest 120 sq m plot priced at ₹31.08 lakh and the largest 260 sq m plot at ₹67.34 lakh (excluding additional charges and taxes).
The Yamuna Expressway has become a focal point for investors due to its strategic connectivity between Greater Noida, Agra, and Mathura. The proposed Film City nearby is expected to attract further economic growth, bolstering the value of properties in this zone.
Application Process and Payment Terms:
Prospective buyers can access the application form and brochure on the YEIDA website. Following allotment, successful applicants are required to complete a 100% payment of the total plot premium within 60 days, ensuring secure acquisition.
